So last night I was bored and tried making some Crepes at home and tossed on some random cheese spread I grabbed while at the store…. recipe available at the end of this article.
Here’s some random pictures of the crepes I made.

Here’s the cheese spread I went with, quite tasty. I’ll definitely buy this stuff again.

That’s right, this is the wonderful cheese spread all over my tasty little crepe.

Rolled it all up, made sure to get some cheese spread around the edge to help keep it all stuck together.

Then I chopped off the ebds, to help keep them all uniform, then cut up equal portions.

Serve right away, while it’s nice and warm. Wonderful little appetizer/snack.

Now here is the link to the Crepe recipe I used: Simple Crepes
One thing that I found really hard to do was the part of the process that said to “Pour one quarter cup of the batter into the pan and tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface in a smooth and even layer.”
Since my pan seemed way to slick, instead of the pan and tilt action allowing the batter to move around the pan, all that happened is the small mound o’ batter all slid around the pan. So I just used my spatula and spread out the batter in a circular motion.
